Klarna Purchases

Customers who complete their purchase using Klarna have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Klarna’s return policy.

Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

Refunds for Klarna purchases will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges, store credits, and restocking fees are not offered for Klarna purchases.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Non-Klarna Purchases

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all non-Klarna purchases are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Personal care items, custom items, and worn merchandise are non-returnable unless purchased via Klarna and returned in compliance with Klarna’s return conditions.
